ACTIVE STRETCHING

Our Active Stretching Class is great way to relieve tension and stress from sitting all day. Our trainers guide you through moves and poses that work on your flexibility and strength. Feel energised and mobile with the combination of holds and light stretching. This class is great for a rejuvenated sense of movement and great way to unwind from work stress.

KICKBOXING

Our Kickboxing Class is a great way to blow off steam while getting into shape! Jab, cross and kick your way to fit, CorePower style! Our instructors will show you the proper technique for each punch and kick, so that you will be able to use these techniques for a killer workout. Classes will also blend core and cardio exercises into interval style boxing training.

STRENGTH

Our Strength Class uses free weights, medicine balls, bosu balls etc. to strengthen and tone your muscles. Classes are focused on proper form and execution of exercises such as renegade rows, reverse crunch fly’s and squat thrusters. This class targets the whole body and challenges you to build lean and strong muscles!

CORE

Our Core Class focuses on the abdominals, obliques, hips, and lower back. Improving your core strength will take stress off of your lower back, tone your midsection, and give you better overall balance and stability! Exercises such as planks, bird dogs, v sits, ball rollouts and mountain climbers will be incorporated, along with squats, lunges, shoulder presses and more to give you a full body workout! 

BootCamp

Our Bootcamp class is a combination of all CorePower classes. This face paced, high energy class will get you sweating and burning calories! You will be amazed at the results you get from all of our classes combined into one! Full body exercises mixed with cardio, strength and core elements make this class a go to for people looking to get into great shape!
